SS Yongala T-Shirt, Queensland Wreck Dive Tee

The Yongala was a passenger steamship, lost in a cyclone off the Queensland coast in March 1911 with all 122 people aboard. She had no wireless, and the wreck was not confirmed until 1958. She lies about 30 metres down on sand, off Cape Bowling Green near Townsville, and is a protected wreck.

This shirt is a tribute to the lives lost, and to one of Australia's best-known wreck dives.

THE SHIRT

- Comfort Colors 1717 unisex tee, garment-dyed 100% ring-spun cotton with a relaxed fit.

- Check the size chart in the photos. If you are between sizes, size up. Not every size is offered in every colour: choose a colour and the sizes available are shown. Sizes go up to 3XL.

- Colours: Ivory and White. The ink is dark, so the artwork is made for light shirts and there are no dark colours.

- Print: front centre, about 10.7 inches (27 cm) wide.

CARE

Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low, and do not iron directly on the print. Garment-dyed cotton softens with washing, which is part of the look.
