Returns
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started.
Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To process a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- A clear video showing the product and the damage
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
- Your order number
Once verified, a replacement will be issued.
Conditions
Replacements are only approved in the following cases:
- Product arrived damaged
- Product received is incorrect from what was ordered
Replacements are not issued for:
- Wrong size or design ordered by customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
